OUR journey

Picture
The origins of why jeremy? comes from West London, the parking bays behind McDonalds and the Esso garage on the A4 towards Heathrow to be more precise..
where a few happening dudes (self described!) got together after working the late shifts at a local car rental company.
Sharing more than 'points of view' they discussed how it would be funny to draw a stickman stroking his cat and call it 'Pussy Lover'.
As the 'Happening Dudes' were quite learned and open minded added to this concept by changing the stickman to a female, the image concept still worked under the 'Pussy Lover' concept which could should would appeal to the gay/lesbian peoples out there. The original 5 images are displayed in the banner at the top, these never went beyond test prints.

The potential was soon realised.

Why whyjeremy?

Whilst frequenting a local ale establishment The 'Happening Dudes' discussed a brand name.they laughed, they moaned, they groaned and nothing was sticking -(sorry!).Then it happened....
The hypnotic notes playing in the background made themselves heard...Pearl Jam. Jeremy. - A classic.
Which prompted the very short topic for discussion - calling the stickman 'jeremy'.
The conversation went...
'Dude! What about calling the stickman 'jeremy' and use it in the brand name?'
'Why Jeremy?
'Mate! why jeremy dats awesome, you da man!'
'Fu£%&ng smart! Need to put a ? at the end though.
